We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Salt Lake City, UT. Perform initial exams and re-exams. Determine diagnosis and prepare appropriate treatment plans. Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options. Chiropractic Care- adjustments, Diversified, Graston, Dry Needling, Pin and Stretch, rehab and various therapies and modalities. Documentation and Charting. Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff. Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met. Active Chiropractic license in UT. $70k to $80k.
