We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Phoenix, AZ. Perform initial exams and re-exams. Take and review Diagnostic imaging. Determine diagnosis and prepare appropriate treatment plans. Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options. Chiropractic Care- Full spine diversified, drop table, CBP, toggle, Upper cervical specific, rehab and various therapies and modalities. Documentation and Charting. Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff. Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met. Active Chiropractic license in AZ. $84k - $150k per year.
